• Lawned, terraced, south-facing garden with lovely views, fenced in the most part and so relatively dog and child-proof, but dogs and children should be supervised at all times please.

• Hot tub with space for 6 - 8, regularly cleaned and maintained

• Rotary clothes dryer which folds up for storage

• Log store for winter logs

• Outside tap by wet room door for initial clean up after beach.

• 6 space bike rack and locks.  Cyclists' pack incl. pump, repair kit, maintenance kit (kept inside)
