ABOUT SEABORNE
Seaborne House - a luxury 5 bedroom Welsh holiday cottage, based in the heart of Newport Pembs, on a quiet side street. Newport is one of north Pembrokeshire's quintessential towns, and an ideal place for finding your ideal Welsh seaside holiday cottage.
Seaborne House was originally built in the early 1800's, by Capt. Frederick Seaborne, a Master Mariner, for his young wife Elizabeth and their growing family. Read more about the history of the house here.
Seaborne underwent a complete renovation in 2018, both internally and externally, using environmentally-friendly natural products such as lime mortar, sheep's wool insulation and Earthborn clay paints. It's cool in hot summers and warm in the winter.
Downstairs features under-floor heating throughout, and there's a wood burner for extra heat.
